I am a blessed man, born to God fearing and serving parents. My mother prayed like Hannah for 10 years, asking God to give her a son to be used for His service. My father also prayed and heard the voice from the Lord and made a covenant to name me Samuel.
As I got older, I was distracted from God with worldly friends and activities. One night after returning home from seeing a movie, laying on my bed, I heard a voice speak to me and told me to read Psalms 28:5
“Since they show no regards for the works of the Lord and what his hands have done, he will tear them down and never build them up again.”
On that day, all my worldly desires melted like ice cubes as I resolved to serve God faithfully. Slowly, I learned to read the bible, pray and started attending church regularly. My parents with the support of our congregation sent me to bible school at a native Institute where I was strengthened in word and spirit.
I married a prayerful girl who is always by my side in the Lord’s work. We have been blessed with two beautiful children. Please pray for a permanent place that we can worship God and to live. My parents ane now aged and are dependant upon my care.
